1c - How will this brief give me the chance to the develop my skills as a Media Practitioner?

The different skills I can gain from the brief can allow me to gain an understanding on the media industry. All the skills I have gained can help me in the future as I can use the media skills in my CV to convey all the knowledge and understanding I have on media. Some of the skills I have gained are researching skills as this brief would consist a large amount of primary research as I am gathering first hand information about the sixth form and what the staff and students think of the sixth form. Another skill I have gained from creating a corporate video is teamwork. Working as a team on the brief will allow me to communicate with my team players so we can discuss different how we would like to convey the brief in a corporate video. By sharing our ideas it will allow everyone to have a fair part in creating the video. To add to the skills I have gained, my media terminology has also improved from the different briefs as well as focusing on my research on media skills.
