Here is the first cut for my LaSWAP corporate video, the first client I viewed my corporate video is to Mr Owen who is the head of year 12 in Laswap. After viewing my corporate video, my client gave me feedback on what I can improve on in the video to make it look better and professional as well as up to the Laswap standards as the video can be used in the near future for year 11 students. The feedback he provided was to edit the sound whenever there was an interview or someone talking in the video.

Here is the second cut for my LaSWAP corporate video, after gaining the feedback from my client Mr Owen, I then viewed my corporate video to my media teacher Ms Ogunabi with the new edited sound. The feedback I gained from my media teacher was to edit the shots of the interviewee 'Demi Blakesley' and have the shots in between the interview rather than before it, this is so you can see Demi at the beginning then have the shots of the schools with a voice over of her speaking. Another edit my media teacher told me to make is to show the names of the schools following the beat of the soundtrack this is so the shots are in sync with the beats in the soundtrack.
2ND CUT for corporate video - MELTEMU from Meltem Ustun on Vimeo.
Here is my final edit for the corporate video, taking on board all the feedback from my client and teacher and editing the video to their standards, it is ready to be viewed to the other clients to approve of the corporate video. Looking at the final cut, by working on a few of the adjustments that needed improving has definitely enhanced the video and made the video look very professional.

Corporate video feedback
When screening our final edit to one of our clients which is the head of year 12 in LaSWAP, he provided us feedback on our first edit for the corporate video. The feedback we gathered from our client was very positive and our client was very pleased with the final outcome of the video, however one thing we needed to improve on is the sound throughout the video, the flow of the sound is jumpy and not as smooth as well as the interviews where quiet which is hard for the client to hear them in the video. Overall our feedback was very pleasant and helpful.

Here is the corporate video for Apple which has been filmed with a iPhone apple product. Filming their corporate video using the iPhone is showing the audience how powerful their new creation is. From the video you see how the quality of the iPhone is what is the main factor of the video as they are promoting the phone they are trying to show some of the qualities the phone has to offer. throughout the video their is a very soft tone background music, this creates a very smooth and calming background for the video as the focus is on the video of what the product is. Looking through the video you can see how they have included different establishing shots of different countries and cities, this shows how each of the different places uses the product to their own advantage, this would also show how Apple has become a very global and powerful product. Seeing people of different ages show how convenient and simple it is to use. Showing different backgrounds and ethnicities in the video also show how the company has become very global. Looking at the shots in the video they all have a very smooth transition from one shot to another creating a soft pace and making the video easy to watch.
The format found in the video is 'creating a video to show what the company does' this gives the audience an understanding on what they will be expecting after purchasing this product which is what Apple is trying to show.
Here is another corporate video for TNT, which is promoting the worldwide network tin provides by connecting people together with its tracking business it has. Looking sat this corporate video is consists of some of the formats listed above, such as the video showing what the company does and has to offer, by showing this in the video they have shown people taking the package from one country to another by creating a smooth transition from the shots by using a graphic match when chaining the shots but having the package go from one person to another.
Techniques:
Looking at corporate videos there are a range of techniques used in order to make the videos look very professional as well as keep the audience engaged whilst watching. Some of the techniques can be seen through camera techniques, editing techniques etc. this can create a different feel to the video whilst watching.
Here is a video which uses different tehniques throughout the corporate video, looking at the video they explain the different ways they can change their company in the video into a more engaging video for the audience. In the video they used different filming techniques such as steady cams for some sections, pans, sliders, time lapse etc.
Filming:
From the video, the client wanted the company to produce a product that would be shown which they felt as it was going to be long for the corporate video. For this the company used the time lapse technique to show the production in a few seconds as well as smaller techniques such as camerawork to show birds eye view and different closeups and long shots. Including sliders in the video such as capturing a steady moving image of the production stage, this is a new way to engage the audience.
Equipment:
Looking at the behind the scenes of how the corporate video was made, you can see how very expensive and professional equipment is used to give the vide a higher quality and organised video, this is used to make the video interesting to watch. The equipment used for the corporate video is lighting, DSLR camera, steady cam brace, earpiece etc.
Here is another behind the scenes video from the city of Westminster college corporate video, From this screenshot you can see how the director of the video has used a professional DSLR camera as well as a body brace to make sure the outcome of the video is not jerky, this also created a steady pace whilst filming.
